The state that is in distress is often witness many people who seek wealth by making counterfeit money. Indeed, there are experts who say that the circulation of counterfeit money rupiah has yet to shake the Indonesian monetary stability, which means that the number is far smaller than the original money. However, if the forgery behavior continues, could swell which in turn will complicate the atmosphere. Especially at this time people seem less wary of fake money.

Malu Mengajarkan PKn

Guru merasa malu mengajarkan PKn karena memiliki kewajiban mengajarkan hal-hal yang positif kepada anak didiknya mengenai negara dan ketatanegaraan Indonesia, padahal dalam kenyataannya banyak terjadi korupsi. Perilaku-perilaku sangat tidak terpuji dari para oknum elit negara itu tidak bisa ditutupi karena para siswa mengikuti berbagai berita dari berbagai media.

            Demikian keluhan dari salah seorang guru PKn di Kota Bandung saat beraudiensi dengan Komisi Yudisial. Para guru PKn se-Kota Bandung itu memang diajak berkunjung audiensi oleh Prof. Dr. H. Mohamad Surya ke Komisi Yudisial (KY)  di kantor KY Jl. Kramat Raya No. 57, Jakarta Pusat.

            Profesor Surya mengajak para guru PKn tersebut adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan tambahan, pengalaman, pencerahan, serta ruang diskusi bagi para guru mengenai berbagai hal yang terkait dengan materi pelajaran yang menjadi tugasnya untuk diajarkan kepada para siswa.

            Dalam audiensi tersebut yang bertindak sebagai pembicara adalah Prof. Dr. H. Eman Suparman, S.H., M.H.; Prof. Dr. H Mohamad Surya; Dr. H. Gunawan Undang, Drs., M.Si.; Asep Rahmat Fajar.

            Dalam menanggapi keluhan para guru tersebut, Prof. Eman menjelaskan bahwa memang salah satu tugas KY adalah membersihkan perilaku-perilaku korup tersebut, khususnya di dalam urusan hukum. KY memang tidak berhak mengurusi persoalan atau perkara hukum, tetapi berwenang memberikan penilaian terhadap perilaku, moral, dan etika para hakim mulai hakim di Mahkamah Agung (MA) sampai dengan ke bawah, termasuk di Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK). Dengan demikian, KY memberikan sumbangan positif terhadap pemberantasan korupsi di Indonesia. Para hakim akan senantiasa diawasi KY, kemudian jika terjadi terjadi pelanggaran etika. KY dapat mengeluarkan rekomendasi kepada MA. Menurutnya, fungsi terbesar KY adalah menyeleksi hakim agung, menyeleksi hakim (pengadilan negeri, agama, PTUN, dan militer), melakukan pengawasan eksternal. Adapun tujuan dibentuknya KY adalah  agar dapat melakukan monitoring secara intensif terhadap penyelenggaraan kekuasaan kehakiman dengan melibatkan unsur-unsur masyarakat, menjaga kemandirian kekuasaan kehakiman dengan cara meminimalkan pengaruh politik dalam pemilihan hakim agung dan pengawasan perilaku hakim, serta menjaga kualitas dan konsistensi putusan lembaga peradilan karena senantiasa diawasi secara intensif oleh  lembaga yang benar-benar independen.

            Dalam kesempatan itu pun, salah seorang guru yang memiliki pandangan bahwa kewenangan yang dimiliki KY sangatlah lemah karena tidak memiliki kewenangan untuk menindak hakim, berpendapat bahwa sebaiknya KY dibubarkan saja. Dalam menanggapi pernyataan tersebut, Prof. Surya menegaskan bahwa orang yang menginginkan KY dibubarkan adalah orang yang pikirannya sesat, pesimistis, dan bukanlah pikirannya seorang guru. Surya menerangkan bahwa KY sesungguhnya harus didukung penuh dan kewenangannya harus diperkuat, power-nya harus ditambah lagi sehingga dapat lebih berperan dalam mengatasi permasalahan bangsa.

            Dalam istilah Sunda keberadaan KY bisa dipertahankan dengan dalil komo, yaitu aya KY wae mafia hukum susah diberantas, komo mun euweh KY, ‘ada KY saja mafia hukum susah diberantas, apalagi kalau tidak ada KY’. *******

            

Undemocratic Means Tyranny: Misguided Thoughts

            During this time almost we all assume that democracy is the most superior political system. We think that if it was not a democracy, it means using the political system of tyranny or farthest implement the system of the Islamic State. It is heretical thoughts that caused us already crowded by limited understandings are exposed to foreign influence is very strong.

            In the Sunda known proverb teachings "Ulah kurung batokeun". In the Indonesian language roughly means "Do not live like in a shell". People who live in the shell has a very limited view. He only saw what was in the shell bounded by the walls of a coconut shell. Therefore, he and other people who also live in the shell does not know anything except that he saw it.

Good, Sunda’s ancestor have a saying like that. That is, we have to venture out of the shell. People who venture out of coconut shells will be fascinated by the breadth of the world much wider and have much choice than to live in the dark shell. He will soon be smiling happy, happy to have other things much more wearing eye, physical, and mental.

If people who have come out of the shell is soulless hermit, he will continue to be outside alone and enjoy the beauty of the outside world does not care about the other people who are still in darkness. If people were spirited fighter, he will go again in the shell, then gave the good news to people who are always in darkness. He will continue to speak about the beauty of the outside world. However, he soon will have scorn, mockery, insults from those dark. He is considered insane or delusional because it calls on the things they think are impossible. Naturally, their sight was limited. Nonetheless, a fighter is tireless and not afraid of scolding, he would continue to sensitize people to immediately towards a better state. It is because he loves people and feel very sorry for those who every day restless and had plenty of empty dreams.

In foreign terms that are similar to the adage is "Helicopter skill". That is, we must have the ability to see things from above so that our view extensive, further compared with those who were under. People who were in the street view is restricted by objects and buildings in the surrounding areas, while those in the helicopter will be clear and comprehensive. Thus, he will be more careful and wiser in taking decisions before taking action.

I deliberately put forward the saying that we understand that knowledge is very broad and the knowledge we have today very limited. This paper was written with the hope that people understand better what I have often pointed out on various occasions. This is what I mean with regard to the proverbial Sunda above. We were trapped in coconut shells for too long, maybe centuries. The reason is that we always just responding to something we can touch, we see, and we measure the size of the conventional. In fact, the science of Allah Almighty is very broad, covering everything.

Nevertheless, we can not blame because Allah alone is very thoughtful in providing knowledge, means step by step, piece by piece, not dropped down from the sky entirely as it will definitely make people confused.

Is not Quran also lowered gradually in accordance with its asbab al-nuzul?

The view was reasonable lost out because in every discussion, people always see how unfettered life in the false democracy of the New Order, all the limitations, easily frightened, and tend feudalistic. As in this democracy, people can be more free expression, using the full potential even though it does not also lead to the expected benefits.

In short, they understand democracy was perverse and misleading, but has no other choice in the sense of fear of living in isolation, if not by a democratic political system.

Gentlemen, actually lives in an atmosphere of repressive New Order is not related to democracy. Abuses by the New Order does not mean not democratic. New Order government was repressive because it does not implement the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila are pure and consistent.

The proof, is not the name of freedom of expression and association are protected by law?

In the New Order era, the rights were suppressed, restricted, restrained massively. Indeed, without democracy, if the rights set forth in the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila was given the full, our lives will be quiet, convenient, and free. Even better when compared with freedom now. Freedom that has existed in the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila it will provide a strong impetus for each hand to progress together in order to live a more noble and spiritually. In contrast to the freedom that heralded democracy that led to the split, slander, competition, and fraud.

So, Ladies and Gentlemen, it is no relationship between the repressive nature of the New Order with democracy. That is, not because of the New Order regime is not democratic life unfettered, but the prison was due to non-realization of the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila are purely and consistently by the New Order.

Without democracy we will live more freely glorious and honorable, well before man and before God Almighty.

Oh yes, about the Islamic State, I think to this day that concept remains vague and unclear. It is my view no need to explain something that certainly will never clear because Islam was revealed not to establish a state following conventional terms. Islam is not limited territorial, not bound by the terms of the conventional a state contrived by humans. In fact, if Islam is separated, dwarfed into a particular country, it seems to make Islam itself was cramped and claustrophobic. Islam is a teaching of moral improvers to achieve harmony and harmonious in the world and causes its adherents gain happiness, both physically and mentally, in this world and the Hereafter.

          Hopefully this can provide an adequate explanation can be understood though limited by space and time. May Allah never tired to give instructions to us to get out of the lostness that cause complexity of life. Amen.

Guru Jangan Mau Dipecah-pecah

Guru jangan mau dipecah-pecah, ditarik-tarik oleh berbagai kepentingan politik, apalagi kepentingan politik yang sama sekali tidak memperjuangkan guru dan pendidikan. Prof. Dr. H. Mohamad Surya, mantan Ketua Umum Pengurus Besar Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia, mewanti-wanti hal tesebut dalam acara Seminar Nasional PGRI “Empat Pilar Ketahanan Nasional” yang diselenggarakan PGRI Cabang Kecamatan Sagalaherang, Subang, Jawa Barat.

            Ia mensyinyalir kuat bahwa para guru dan PGRI dijadikan rebutan bagi  berbagai kepentingan politik tertentu untuk mencapai keuntungan politik tertentu pula. Surya sangat berharap bahwa guru harus mendukung para politisi atau pihak-pihak yang serius benar-benar memperjuangkan kesejahteraaan para guru dan tujuan pendidikan nasional. Hal itu harus sudah terbukti nyata, artinya bukan hanya sekedar kampanye atau slogan kosong pada masa-masa pemilihan. Banyak politisi yang berjanji untuk memajukan pendidik dan pendidikan, tetapi setelah memiliki kekuasaan meninggalkan janji-janjinya. Ia pun mengkritik keras para guru dan pengurus PGRI yang telah tergiur sejumlah uang dari kekuatan politik tertentu yang sama sekali tidak memiliki perhatian kepada pendidik dan proses pendidikan. Hal itu memiliki arti bahwa mereka telah dengan sengaja jual beli kepentingan untuk keperluan sesaat dengan meninggalkan kepentingan yang lebih besar, yaitu kesejahteraan guru dan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan nasional.

            Prof. Surya tidak alergi kepada siapa pun yang berniat memajukan guru dan pendidikan. Ia bahkan akan sangat berterima kasih kepada mereka dengan catatan memang terbukti bahwa dalam kesehariannya benar-benar berjuang untuk kepentingan pendidikan secara nyata, bukan omong kosong dan janji palsu saat kampanye. Minimal, seperti apa yang telah dilakukan dirinya yang tiada henti memperjuangkan nasib guru serta memperbaiki proses pendidikan. Apalagi kalau ada yang lebih baik daripada dirinya, ia akan sangat bergembira. Semua orang tidak bisa membantah bahwa kesejahteraan para guru yang saat ini semakin meningkat adalah hasil kerja kerasnya dalam waktu yang panjang bersama PGRI.

            Sementara itu, Dr. H. Gunawan Undang, Drs., M.Si., dosen peneliti, memberikan materi tentang ketahanan nasional. Ia menyoroti bahwa banyaknya koruptor berlarian dan merasa aman di luar negeri karena pihak luar negeri yang dijadikan tempatnya kabur berlibur mendapatkan keuntungan pula dari para koruptor tersebut. Oleh sebab itu, Gunawan Undang menginginkan agar dimulai para guru harus selalu menanamkan rasa cinta kepada tanah air sekaligus tidak selalu menganggap hebat pihak luar negeri. Menurutnya, kemajuan bangsa Indonesia hanya bisa berhasil jika bangsa Indonesia memiliki rasa cinta tanah air yang tinggi dan tidak menggantungkan harapan kepada bantuan atau arahan-arahan pihak asing. *******

Still fresh in our memory. Some time ago the country held legislative elections that are not followed by all the people of the rightful owner of the right to vote. More than 40% reportedly not went to the polling stations.

            As the writings of the past, I always promote understanding that the democratic political system is a confused teachings which make misleading and must be abandoned as soon as possible if Indonesia want to find prosperity and glory.

I'm really very surprised after watching general election some time ago - I certainly did not join in democracy. It is simply shameful activity. I would follow the example of Abraham peace be upon him that leaving from the hand of all what people do. I do not have the burden to be accountable in the hereafter, both as electors and elected. Carefully Bro, everything we do will be held accountable before Allah swt later. Whatever, you believe it or not. Clearly, the events of the divine tribunal was inevitable.

In many articles on this site, I expose the evils of democracy at all costs. For example, cultivate corruption, waste of public money, mortgaging the nation, increasing the actions of deceit and slander, encouraging opposition, destroy identity, inviting foreign invaders in other forms to dredge the wealth of nature, reproduce counterfeit money, foster oligarchs, multiply hypocrisy, make fickle, as well as a multitude of other crimes that ultimately makes this country are always poor and destitute.

Now, after the election on 9th April 2009, the evil of democracy is growing. Things that I had not expected and have not been presented in the history of humanity appear prominently and the jerk elite quietly alone. Properly, the elites were thinking why it happened, then thought again how to prevent it in the future.

Elite, there are good and there are a jerk. Just count yourself how many people are good and how many thousands of highly jerk.

We can see a democracy has resulted in riots, unrest, fraud craze, depression, frustration, insanity, and even death. The son of a nation that should use pontentiality better for himself and his people have become victims of barbarity democracy. Amien Rais ever indicated that in this election there is the work of stealth, strange deception. We also see with concern that the values ​​of kindness has been so destroyed replaced materialistic values.

What's worse is our society laughed at people who have become victims of atrocities democracy. We often hear or maybe we own bantering with the topic of madness and death of the candidates who are not elected.

Do not we realize that the behavior of laugh and embarrass the person was an ugliness?

With our attitudes are clearly erroneous has shown that how moron us, how stupid we are, if there is no compassion in us?

Indeed, the perfection of stupidity of this country will soon reach its peak if it continues democracy.

We should be concerned, sad, and sympathetic, even if able to, give assistance.

Would not they are our brothers and compatriots?

We really being cheated and deceived ourselves for with - uh ... no other word that is more rugged than the fool? -whole Ignorance that continues to constantly use the democratic political system that is clearly dangerous, plebeian, and depressing.

Actually, we are a great nation that could be really big if using a glory that Allah has given to us in the womb.

Duh, Allah, Ya Robbi, save us. Stop the stupidity made ​​us proud of this. Amien .

Ikan Laut Jawa Barat Mulai Berkurang

Laut Indonesia terkenal luas karena merupakan negara maritim dan disebut pula archipelago. Hal tersebut merupakan potensi alam yang luar biasa besar. Akan tetapi, seiring dengan banyaknya penangkapan, ikan-ikan di laut Indonesia, termasuk di Jawa Barat sudah mulai berkurang. Ikan-ikan yang berkurang jumlah dan jenisnya itu adalah yang berada di wilayah empat mil.

            Pengurangan tersebut diakibatkan oleh penangkapan yang terus-menerus selama puluhan, bahkan mungkin ratusan tahun dengan menggunakan kapal-kapal kecil. Kapal-kapal kecil itulah yang menghabiskan ikan di wilayah empat mil. Hal itu tidak bisa dicegah dengan larangan melaut karena merupakan pencaharian hidup para nelayan. Solusi yang tepat adalah memberikan bantuan kepada kelompok-kelompok nelayan berupa kapal-kapal besar 3 GT (gross ton) yang dapat melaut lebih jauh daripada empat mil dalam waktu berhari-hari di tengah laut dengan hasil tangkapan yang sangat besar.

            Dengan menggunakan kapal-kapal besar, ikan-ikan di wilayah empat mil akan kembali tumbuh besar berjumlah banyak dengan beragam jenis. Hal itu disebabkan para nelayan akan melewati wilayah yang ikannya sudah berkurang banyak itu.

            Akan tetapi, terjadi permasalahan, yaitu Jawa Barat khususnya di bagian selatan belum memiliki pelabuhan yang memadai untuk tambat labuh perahu-perahu besar. Pemerintah memang berniat membangun pelabuhan-pelabuhan besar, tetapi masih terdapat kendala.

            ”Untuk membuat pelabuhan-pelabuhan bagi kapal besar, saat ini kita masih milih-milih karena tidak semua kota dan kabupaten yang ada lautnya mau dibikin pelabuhan. Alasannya macam-macam. Akibatnya, mereka harus tambat labuh di tengah laut dan itu mengakibatkan penambahan biaya, cost lagi,” kata Sri Judantari yang pernah menjabat Kabid Perikanan Tangkap Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Jawa Barat.

            Di samping itu, kesulitan pemerintah memberikan bantuan kapal-kapal besar bukan hanya soal pelabuhan besar, melainkan pula data-data yang diperlukan dari para nelayan masih sangat kurang.

”Kesulitan dalam mengambil kebijakan adalah data yang kurang dari nelayan sendiri. Misalnya, kita ingin memberikan kapal besar, tetapi kita harus tahu dulu daerah tangkapannya dan jumlah rutin yang mereka dapatkan. Data itu tidak gampang didapat karena nelayan sendiri tidak memberikan laporan yang akurat,” ujar Sri lagi.

Tampaknya, baik pemerintah dan para nelayan menginginkan hal yang sama bagi peningkatan kelautan dan perikanan di Jawa Barat. Jika terjadi komunikasi lebih efektif antara pemerintah dengan para nelayan, peningkatan produksi akan lebih baik lagi.

Di samping menggunakan kapal-kapal besar, wilayah empat mil dapat lebih terselamatkan jika para nelayan tidak hanya melakukan penangkapan ikan, tetapi melakukan pula hal lain di laut, misalnya, budidaya rumput laut serta melakukan penanaman ikan di wilayah empat mil, kemudian membiarkannya untuk berkembang biak dan tumbuh besar terlebih dahulu dalam waktu yang cukup. *******
